Boot-e-Camp was created to challenge, educate, and elevate you to higher levels of fitness, health, and overall well-being. You will gain tone and lose fat by pushing through fun, cohesive, and safely designed exercises. Our intent is to make you burn calories while you engage in various different types of exercise, ranging from fun, to muscle burning, to corrective, to stability, to sports performance, you will be put through it all. Enjoy the comfort of knowing you are in the hands of professional fitness trainers as you push yourself to the limit.

Our programs and each of our exercises are planned in detail, to get your body the most out of each repetition. We do not base our programs on fads, but rather on fitness that is rooted in science, achieves results, and teaches you to treat yourself better.
Boot-e-Camp is 60 minutes of body blasting, calorie burning FUN. We meet 3 times per week, at 6:30am and 6:30pm. The name Boot-e-Camp is chosen not only as a pun, but also because our Boot Camp features ongoing electronic support. When you leave Boot-e-Camp, we don't want you to go back to everyday life, but rather stay active, healthy, and health-conscious all day long (especially on days we don't meet). Therefore we will send you little health tips and tricks to keep you at your best along the way.
If you exercise and want to take yourself to the next level, this is for you! If you feel you want to exercise more, or just add something different and challenging to your routine, this is for you! If you are looking to become healthier and have a fun time doing so, this is for you.
How to reserve your spot.
Class sizes are limited. In order to secure your spot in an upcoming session please follow the easy
steps below.
1. Choose if you will be taking the AM or PM Session.
2. Will you be attending alone, or will you be teaming up with a buddy? (Price for one client is $195,
but if a buddy signs up with you, you'll each pay $175.)
3. Click on the blue "Sign up now" button to proceed with your payment options.
4. Once your payment confirmation is received you will be contacted with further information.
